三是提高客戶服務(wù)水平。通過科學(xué)的措施實施，配送效率得到了有效的提高，配送員利用節(jié)省的時間為客戶提供更好的服務(wù)，增加客戶的信賴，拉近與客戶之間的關(guān)系，提升客戶對煙草的滿意度。
